Marsalis Music Artists Honored with JJA Jazz Award Nominations
Each year, members of the Jazz Journalist Association recognize the best jazz musicians, recordings, journalism, and presentation with their JJA Jazz Award nominees. Members vote and then present the winners at an Awards gala in an effort we greatly appreciate to recognize music and people that are often overlooked by other “best of” lists and awards show.

Branford Marsalis Classical Performances in May
Branford will be performing Mussorgsky’s Pictures at an Exhibition with the Westchester Philharmonic and Glazunov’s Concerto for Saxophone on May 19 & 20 in Purchase, New York. More info here.
